Sadar brings trauma recovery to survivors of disaster, conflict, and loss — through a body-based method that needs no medication, no words, and no waiting list.
The crisis ends. The body doesn't know that yet.
We work on what's left behind.
When disaster strikes, the world responds — food, shelter, medical care. But long after the tents come down, the body is still in crisis. Frozen. Exhausted. Waiting for a danger that already passed.
Trauma lives in the nervous system, not the headlines. It doesn’t end when the rescue does. And almost no one funds this part.
We don't ask them to talk about it.
We help the body let it go.
A body-based technique that releases what the nervous system has been holding. No medication. No re-living the experience. No language barrier.
Once someone learns it, they carry it for the rest of their life.

The TRE training has been amazing. It truly helps me stay calm in any situation, and I mean that sincerely. What’s even better is the convenience of being able to do it whenever and wherever I need to. ❤❤❤

TRE helps me release the physical and emotional tension I’ve been holding onto for so long. I feel much freer and lighter after doing these exercises.

I interviewed Toton and Titie on Rasil Radio about the benefits of TRE and was later trained on how to do the ‘shaking.’ I now practice for 15 minutes every day. Thankfully, my toothaches and bad breath—likely from a stomach issue—have cleared up. I’m continuing my practice now with the hope of healing my prostate, while constantly praying.

Broadcaster at Rasil Radio
I first looked into TRE to help my cousin with depression after hearing about it on Rasil Radio. Now, I practice for 15 minutes every day. Letting my body shake and release tension has made me feel healthier and more in tune with my body’s needs. I am so grateful to the instructors for this free training and hope many others can benefit from it too.

After a serious car accident in 2003, I spent years dealing with a stiff, aching neck and shoulders. Though I recovered, the stiffness always came back easily. Since starting TRE in 2015, I’ve finally found a practical way to relax my muscles and manage the lingering effects of the crash. Amazingly, the stomach issues I’ve had since high school have also nearly disappeared—whenever they flare up, I just practice the ‘shaking,’ and they clear up immediately.

After 15 years of raising children and studying parenting and psychology, I felt physically exhausted. I’m grateful to have discovered TRE, which was completely new to me. It feels like the missing piece that completes everything I’ve learned. At my age, it’s more than just stretching; it’s a chance to release tension and truly relax. I now use it for self-reflection, making it a regular part of my routine before bed or after dawn prayers.

Sadar was founded by Toton & Titie — practitioners who have spent years bringing TRE directly to Indonesia’s most underserved communities. Their work is not theoretical. It happens in flood zones, and refugee camps.
Their book bridges modern trauma science with Islamic values of healing and peace — now available in Indonesian on Amazon, with English and Arabic translations. All proceeds go directly back to Sadar’s programs.
